We are now looking to recruit new members to join our Sofia office as Business Generation Executive (Managed IT services).
The primary objectives of the role is to ensure that the company maximises all opportunities to nurture Managed IT services leads through to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) status and Sales Qualified lead (SQL) status and contribute to the delivery of sales growth and annual sales targets. The Business Generation Executive should deliver demonstrable results while driving and adapting the lead nurture process in line with the Managed IT services go-to-market strategy and supporting all demand generation activities.
Nurture leads and qualify marketing opportunities to MQL and SQL status by engaging with customers to generate and establish a clear view of customer pain and desire for further engagement around the company’s Managed IT services.
Follow the lead scoring process put in place to track and record the status of leads in the marketing/sales funnel
Own the IT services lead tracker and keep it up to date including recording all contact made and next steps
Understand, leverage and articulate the Managed IT services discovery questions and value-propositions in day-to-day activities
Build good relationships with marketing and sales teams and brief sales on SQLs delivered on a regular basis
Provide weekly updates on Form Fills, MQLs and SQLs to Customer Marketing Manager
Liaise with the Marketing team on development and implementation of demand generation campaigns and provide feedback from conversations with leads, to build into future plans
Liaise with Sales team to assist and support account management activities
Explain and demonstrate the benefits of the range of the company IT services to potential new customers and attend regular solution/product training to keep up to date on latest offerings and trends in the market
Assess customer’s needs and present options to optimise their business performance promoting the value of the company’s IT services and on-going support.
Create appointments where appropriate working with IT Services sales team.
Liaise with all team members to ensure accurate transmission of data regarding new opportunities.
Engage in strategic projects/transformation projects for the Business Unit on an ad hoc basis
Accurately record all contact notes on an ongoing basis
Personally collaborate and communicate with other teams and departments to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
Attend and participate in Marketing and Sales team meetings as required.
Demonstrable experience of successful and proven track record in qualifying opportunities and nurturing leads
Experience in working in a B2B sales role for an IT services or software company.
Technically proficient – able to talk to IT in a technical way; probe and delve in to their infrastructure and discuss their IT challenges in order to position the relevant services
Significant experience working with and supporting sales and marketing teams
Comfortable talking to and building relationships with potential clients at all levels, including C suite
Excellent telephone manner and negotiation skills at all levels
Full command of up-to-date office and communication applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to lead and demand generation
Excellent English, both written and spoken
