We are now looking to recruit new English speaking members to join the team of one of our clients as Customer service advisor.
Our client is a UK based company specialising in beauty / cosmetic products and tools.
• Responding to any form of customer contact (email, phone, Facebook, Zendesk) quickly
• Taking orders from customers and resolving customer issues
• Contributing to product sales through customer account management and proactive outbound calling
• Getting to know our Client’s customers – be proactive in researching customers
• Being familiar with the product range and proactively calling customers to inform them on new products
• Database management (Infusion Soft)
Excellent verbal and written English
Experience in a customer support environment
Good communication skills
Ability to up-sell and introduce new products
